Internship Opportunities

General Instructions

Internships are generally available for IIT-K students, however, non-IITK students can be considered on a case-to-case basis. If you are a non-IITK student with an exceptional academic record, you may be offered an internship. Make sure to read the information given at this link before sending an email to me.

Internships/Broad areas

Internships are available in following broad areas.

1. Indoor localization using Signals of Opportunity (SOP).
2. Navigation and mapping in indoor environments using LiDAR.
3. Collaborative inertial navigation system
4. UAV Traffic Management System for India

How to proceed?

If you are interested in any of the above projects, drop me an email. Make sure to mention the topic you would like to work on, and include your CV and transcripts.

Internship Duration and Deliverables

Internships are available during the summer term (May-July) and should be at least 2 months long. At the end of the internship, you are expected to make a presentation, submit an internship report as well as the developed ‘product’.
